missing prestes at cubase 5

it seems nobody is willing to help me on the cubase forum. the insert prestes i've made dissapeared. does somebody here knows what can i do? maybe where can i fined the folder in which the presets are saved?

usually in the preferences folder..rescan mediabay first

which presets are gone? Of the cubase plugs? or of your 3rd party plugs? cubase plugs should be in the cubase folder somewhere.

cubase prestes for the inserts slots.
i mean presets for all the insert section. not for specific insert plugin.

so you talk about track presets?
wich loads your chosen inserts with certain settings?

save a new one and check if they still appear in the browser..otherwise you might have deleted them accidently..

yes. that's what i mean. i made new one and i can see it. but how could i delete them accidently if i don't know even in which folder it saved?
