Hello my friends!
Maby one You have Windows installer for minimoog V origina - wich arturia give it for free? I'm switching from OS X to Win and I don't have this one plug ... :/

I don't think you're in luck. It was a one time thing, even if you had the installer, you'd still need a normal registration that was available only then.

However if you registered the plugin on Windows during that period, you should have no problem registering the plugin in another platform. The plugin should still be available on their website, on the support>downloads section.
