How is that pluck made? i hear i all over minimal techno. kicks in at 2.46.

Link is not minimal btw. had to say before i was totally flamed lol..

That brought back some memories! We used to hear it every weekend on TV during the state lotto broadcast. We called it "SportLotto Music".

Anyway, it sounds more percussive than plucked to me. Try a xylophone sample/patch.

Try predator, one of the 'Jump' presets or try albino 3 'popcorn' preset.

can someone explain rather then sharing a preset, it would help this person more...

Go to the preset and see how it's built. I would have to do the same thing he can to explain. Why not going to the preset yourself and see for yourself how it's done. Even more learn-enhancing...
