they're was a raindance in Mississippi and it rained the WHOLE outdoor season in the southeast lol

ANNOUNCEMENT:
We will be having two alters created for this event. One for the main stage, and one for the chill room, so if anyone has any sacred items / figures / geometry that they would like to bring to add to one of the alters, please feel free to contribute! This event is going to be full of tribal, spiritual, dance floor energy! PREPARE for a Mindoutpsyde event like never before!

BOOM! we got our 3rd black light cannon working, a good friend just bought another black light cannon, and a good friend from Illinois is bringing ANOTHER cannon and ANOTHER panel!
This makes for 5 Blacklight Cannons and 2 Blacklight Panels, over twice as much as weve ever had at a Mindoutpsyde event! BRING ON THE GLOW!

Vishaal you have no idea how much energy is already in the air around here. You can feel it everywhere. People are ready. The energy at the event will be bright and radient. We are counting down the days as well. More preparations are to be made to ensure the 12th is gonna free for all on the astral plane.

oh my lord, i showed my Academic Advisor the flyer today during an appointment, and after letting him know that it was supported by the University of Iowa as they are providing the venue, he enthusiastically offered to hang some flyers up around the Advising Center where students are always flowing!
Later the same day, I met with a diversity leader / counselor that manages my scholarship, to see if i can get it extended for a year because i failed to get in to any medical schools this semester, and after telling her of Psytrance events and the fuel it provides me to tear through school, she enthusiastically offered the same thing! Turns out she is from India, not from Goa, but will be visiting Goa soon for the first time...
It is so fucking WILD to have the support from these academic leaders who know nothing of the events. They show complete support and enthusiasm when given the facts that matter most about the events! Its awesome to know that they will be promoting the events for us on a regular basis, letting students know that there is a totally cool, totally meaningful experience awaiting them around the corner, if they so choose to skip out on the bars for ONE NIGHT.
The energy is out there boys and girls, and now, so are the flyers.
PREPARE FOR THE BEST MINDOUTPSYDE EVENT THAT HAS YET TO HIT THE LAND OF PSYOWA!
I promise each and every member of the global tribe that will be in attendance, this is going to be a bonding experience.

How did you manage to convince them to use the venue in the first place? Is the University just that amazingly cool? I wonder if we can try that down here...
