hi people, i'm searching for a monitors to buy for my home studio... i need some advice.
I tried to find Event monitors in my country, but i can't find any...
So far i've narrowed my choices to:
Midiman Studiophile 8B
Behringer Truth
Tannoy Reveal Active
From spec sheets, it seems the midiman are the best (and the most expensive..). But i want to hear real stories. Which of these is the best?
These are to connect two CDJ100's and a reloop RMX2 kill, not to produce sound, just for mixing... maybe the Behringer Truth is enough (much less expensive)? |

Studiophile 8" is a good pair.
Check them out in the store - and listen for yourself. I don't think you'll be sorry.

The Behringer Truth here costs 550 euro.
The others cost 700+ euro...
Is the midiman worth the premium? Or I'll be fine the the Behringer? remember it's just for djing at home!! not for producing (at least for now ) |
