FrakaSound Records is a new Swiss label specializing in releasing a wide range of electronic...
...sounds and in managing promising artists. After releasing a first V.A compilation in June 2007, FrakaSound Records now proudly presents 'In Search of Water', the debut album of sound wizard Christian Merki, from Zurich Switzerland.
Water is a vital source of existence, it can be found nearly anywhere as it maintains the streaming circle of life. But just like two fishes unconscious of the element they are enclosed in, most of us find themselves in a restless quest for contentment and recognition. Unaware most of the time that our fortune and chance are grasping near, we just need to give more attention on the surrounding we live in and take the opportunities as they come. Just like water banning its way from the source to its destination. Just open your mind and eyes.
Midimal, established musician in the Swiss scene, is driven by the stimulus to create the perfect progressive sound, putting a lot of sweat and detail in every section of his composition. He emerges from the guild of top Swiss producers ready to present the globe's dance floors with his mind teasing music.
Midimal's debut album unleashes a selection of steady building-up progressive-full-on paired with cutting edge technical skills. Every single track on the album has a top notch production, and the sounds are fat, crispy and atmospheric, truly full of emotional depth containing highly enjoyable dance music enchanting its listeners.
All Tracks have been digitally mastered by Iboga records main sound engineer Liquid Soul pushing the sound to the highest end. Expect to hear much more in the near future from Swiss wonder boy Midimal.

Congratulations Chris, soooo proud of you and this marvellous release!!! Normally for me is hard to listen to a progressive album without getting bored, but you really did it here, top-production, niiice sounds, great stories, yap! I'm proud and loving the album!
