Somebody here asked about a midi tracker - think.
Well, there's one called revolver, which allso features virtual knobs...sounds interesting.

This is a step sequencer. I want a MIDI TRACKER!!
Something like Impulse Tracker. With those tables where you write the notes using the keyboard!

Isn't it pretty close?

It is, but the point of having a MIDI tracker is that you write them down with your keyboard, it tracker style.
It's like having a Piano Roll and a Staff View. Close, but not the same. :)

OK.....
I recommend you to try: TraxVox!
A very pro tracker, with advanced midi options, that can be used to create pro GoaPsy trance tracks.
Supports Vst&VstI.
Really Something!
Download it in:
www.arguru.com
I use it daily for my music.

I downloaded it, and there is no MIDI export.
What I want is a MIDI export funtion!
So that I can put the MIDI file in Cakewalk...

But I think I can still use it. :)

did you try Digital Orchestrator?
it's a very simple app. it have audio channels and midi channels as well. support export and import midi. :)

I used to record some piano stuff with it. i liked the fact that it's a very light app unlike cubase and such. then i exported the midi and used it with other toys. :)

oh sorry my mistake!
um. have you tried Buzz Tracker?
i don't remember if it supports midi - I think it does.

it's an awesome prog. you can build your own "machines" to generate all sort of sounds and effects. I have a freind who makes real nice tracks and he only uses this tracker.
