any way of doing it? its annoying to export to audio every little synth line that has delays on it to find out how my break will sound cleanly without the effect extra that make it actually longer then what is drawn in the boxes...

If I understand your question correctly, Just use volume automation on the vst instrument channel to cut the volume of the channel where the breaks are. I'm not sure if that works if your using send effects, I just use the insert effects and works for me.

good point.... i dont like to mess with midi volumes though...
