well it depends from number of MIDI devices you have. If it's not bigger than 2 - Steinberg USB2MIDI would be nice. Price is about 90 USD (I don't know if it's good for you). I have one and it works perfectly :)

You can also get Midiman Midisport, or Mark Of The Unicorn (MOTU). |
