Ok so I've sold my midi keyboard as it wasn't working properly (free from a friend).
I actually don't get has really keyboard skills, as in playing melodies except basics and I'm wondering for now if my cash is better spent on the Akai APC40 than another keyboard controller?
I thought when I've got a synth I can always use that to play melodies via midi anyway, and have the Akai for eveuthing else.
I'm not keen at all on the fancy Launchpad or Push as I like the textural feel of the sliders & knobs of the Akai.
Any opinions?

i think better for you keeping keyboard control even if you don't have a skills just parasitical and learning more
with keyboard control when you playing you have more fun
then just using a mouse
go for this keyboard control if in the end you will chose keyboard
1.novation impulse
really good midi control got semi key
i love this keyboard more then novation mk2
after this keyboard you can play almost on every keyboard/
(if you like feeling like you played on real piano)
2.novation mk2
great keyboard high quality key's (made in italy)
this keyboard best for electronic music(fast playing)
