if you want to sync several devices, you don't need a "midi clock" - you simply need to choose a sync master device and to synchronize all the network(of MIDI devices) to its clock.
usually, if you run a software sequencer - you don't need to worry about it.
why do you need it anyway ?

I think one of the s.cards of M.audio comes with it.
check their website. (the manufacturers of delta serious)
