sorry to dissapoint u Michelle but Said has turned from an amazing tasting authntic humusia to a commercial chain and the taste is all gone.... besides who has strength to wait 30 minutes for a table bunched between the turists?
there are better places....
the underground humus scene in Akko is still alive !

oOoo the excitement created by the sheer diversity of hummus. i never had a Bad hummus (i've met a few bad boys...) but definitely some hummus is brought into being more Equal than other hummus as for sure the most important ingredient is LOVE! thanks for your replies lovelies. trying to organise the dates still. looking more like mid to late may at the moment posisbly even june. if the hummus shaped whole in my life allows me to concentrate on anything...it's getting out to where the freshest chick peas are chillin'... see y'all soon...

abu hasan has masabaha from heaven
but bahadunes (diamond stock buildings ) has very good "ful"
but whos mother makes de best "mufleta" ?
