I've been looking to find a copy - preferably on CD, but all the copies I've seen are going for over $100. Anyone know if there's an online store somewhere I can buy a WAV, FLAC or a high-bitrate mp3 version?

After an extensive search I was actually able to find it online (free) as a laughable 48kbps mp3, but the quality is so crappy I can't listen to it.

any advice is appreciated.

It's temporarily out of stock and they close their shop for the summer months in the U.S.

I'm hoping it will be back in stock for $15.00 come early fall.
