Hello psytrance community =)
My name is markus kautz alias Mhmkay?
I am a 22 year old graphic design student from vienna and have been making music for a bit more than a year now.
I am finally at a point where i feel like my work is worth listening so i want to show it to the world to get responses on it. therefore i would really appreciate any kind of critics, advice or suggestions =)

i really like the swing tripleted beat bass u have here and the increased decay notes on sum bars... nice structure not to bizzy
mix wise i think it would benifit some eq on the kick (boost/cut in the boxy zones boost in the fundamentalist zones for power or use a pultek along with corrective eq) to get it warm and punchy at the moment it sounds cold and boxy, not sure if i like the overall transient of it,,basicly i think the kick is letting the team down at the moment.......
and the bass could do with an eq polish too abit mid rangy at mo... its defiantly a cool bassline tho and worth that extra care of "standing waves",,,
but i rekon this one got some potential here..... great 
and your 22..... im 27 and im still fafing about haha!! so carry on mate get to my age youll b pro... not flattering just my judgment

hey thx for the comment. i will try to accomplish ur advice. i only have a question, what do u mean with "boxy zones"?
i am really having trouble with the mixing, when i try to make something cleaner it usually ends up the other way around :/
but i know that one year of making music is nothing so of course ill just stick to making one song after the other. experience will kick in eventually ^^ |

boxy e areas of kick for me i hear in 350-800.. big smile curve..hey best fing to do is get a clean project get or make sum kicks and have a play with eqs...A/B the differences and be critical in your comparisons to giv ya ears a lil training and where areas are

you are on a good direction mate.
try to get your mix levels more even. so you get a fuller more consisten and driving sound.
i for example group all my percussion to one channel, my kick/bass to one, and my synths to one. all groups are mixed to sound even on their own. from there its easy to do fine adjustments to the overall balance..
some sounds are bit compressed or squashed.. try to makes sounds clear but not "deat".. let them breath and sound fat and natural..
for one year its pretty good, so keep on grooving

coool track man, love the sound n vocal sample, sik bassline but could clean little as some other mix elements, track overall little empty imo in terms of ideas like could use some more sequences/leads.. to not sound so repetitive, but love what u have so far mate, keep it up
