Hello Everyone!
I will be arriving Mexico city by the end of this month, and was wondering if there are any special evetns in the central-southern part of the country. I know nothing about the mexican trance scene, but i would sure love to experience it. Any help would be appriciated;

I'm planning to come down to Mexico City with my girlfriend for the first time from the 23rd - 27th of Nov.
I havnt been to Mexico before and I'm looking for resources for planning my trip.
I found 2 parties on http://www.maia.com.mx
but they seem to be the club type. I still get to see Yotopia though  Can anyone let me know how long these parties run and how safe it is to land up alone?
I did a little searching of my own and found that most of the Mayan ruins that I've wanted to see are around Cancun (too far and expensive for me to go on this short trip). If anyone has any info on short backpacking trips around Mexico City we would really appreciate it.
Looking forward to getting out of this midwest cold and soaking up some sun |
