nope, never made any trance i'm afraid. i used to make acid and techno around 92-96, but not many beats since then...

Try discovery VST get the sound u want or similar then a good tip is to play with the delay knob and record - or set delay high and put an arpeggiator on then play with gate knob creates those metallic type sounds (similar to some stuff on IM The Gathering)but good for making nice sound generally not sure if totally related but good sound.
