Hey what about declaring Member of the month?
The guy who posts the most serious and interesting threads will win the award,i think that this will make people posting more and more interesting threads and will spirit up the forum a little.

sorry, but it sounds childish.
nothing will make ppl post interesting and serious things but ppl themselves.
