Need a little help, how do u guys process your leads so they stand out but don't overpower the song?
i had lucky break at 1.30ish, suddenly everything came to place, any special advice?
is that change too abrupt?

To get fatter leads you could double the lead and pan one more to the left and the other to the right. Maybe shift one side a few miliseconds.           soundcloud.com/supergroover

nice flow! i like the musical part from that snippet a lot, however, the mix is quite muddy.
the kick does not cut through, the bass notes seem a bit long (hard to hear with percussion going on all the time) so the bass is also blured. focus on a clean kick/bass first, maybe shift the bass notes a few ms back and forth to find the sweet "bouncing" spot as well. then add percussion and make it sound clean together with kick bass, maybe remove some 300-500hz from your percussion as they also seem muddy, a tube distortion or saturator can work wonders on brightening up the percussion is a nice way as well. when you have done that your nice synth sounds and melodies will have space to float on the beat better

Thanks for your kind words, my room is untreated, although i don't think that's the problem, my ears are , so it's very nice u took the time to listen ( a pair of good ears are magic), i was watching some tuts so i was trying to do what he said, he raised the snares and percs at 200/400, but maybe that doesn't aply in Psy, i'll try to cut and see how it feels, all inputs are welcome kinda bothered with the Kick bass thing, finally though i had a good one , can't finish a song because of the bass, maybe need to work with someone, i feel i just need a good starting point to set me free

Hey man, good vibes on the track!

It's sounding consistent and the ideas are there, it may be a taste thing but I think if you break up those melodic sounds into different synths - like one synth does each small phrase (maybe 1-3 notes) and try to make them speak the melody. 8-10 synths per 4 bars is usually what I end up with (but by no means a rule), and only one going at a time unless delays/reverb, or its a pad. Just do what sounds good. Making them fit together and not clash is a lot of fun!

It takes a long time but you end up with much less predictable and more satisfying leads I think.

Apologies for such specific feedback!

Nice work though man!           http://www.soundcloud.com/architektnz

I found this great video tutorial - don't know if you have seen - about bass with Mental Broadcast. I don't use Cronox but he does a great job!:

This is exactly what a good feedback is, teatching stuff, thanx, now 8-10 synths per for bars? lol, don't think my laptop can handle it, but i'll give it a try, maybe open another proj with only the midi and chop it up, i'll check the video at home thank very much

Yeah, it's definitely not a rule or anything, but doing this when you can makes things sound really interesting and gives it more depth. My computer is the same - can't handle too much - so I make a bunch of different sounds I like with one or two synths, bounce them down, and try to match them together in a way that sounds good           http://www.soundcloud.com/architektnz

But the bass? is it that bad?
It's made with tau pro, 2 lines one for bottom and onother for mid highs with a bit of reverb, should increase the low one?

Just saying that if you have two identical tracks and pan one hard left and the other right it will just sound twice as loud, no change in stereo image. So make some changes to one of the tracks to make it wider.
