hey! i'd like to make 2 questions:
1 - what does the sample in melicia's "experience" (great track btw) says?
2 - well i'm looking for a song, i'm not sure if it's talamasca's but it probably is, he played it in his last party here... it's an old one i think, with the sample "every moment was magical". i hadn't listen to it for quite some time but when talamasca played it it just brought so many good memories

Hey, Surrender, you´re pretty fast in answering questions at this session... well done.
But Melicia´s Experience don´t have a sample like (I can´t understand very well): "...we use too many symbols to communicate... ...abstract..."???
Also #2, sample of a woman´s voice: "every moment was magical" is not talamasca, and is not an old track, but I just can´t remember what track it is right now... (I´ll search for it  )

full_on thnx for the compliment, i obviously have no life... i guess i should have been more thorough in my answer since there are 2 samples... here is the 2nd one, "when it gets really interesting, is when we use that same system of symbols to.... comunicate the abstract...."
personally i wouldnt want to have a conversation with a girl like that, reminds me of those lost girls that just babble on and on about being able to speak to horses and connecting with tykes in dreamland.

thanx for the fast answer! about #2, probably Talamasca played it on the dj set... I said it was an old one bc I remember listening to it in a party like 1 year ago... or maybe I'm just confused... anyway I think that after the sample there's a powerfull bass line... can't remember much of the track, just the sample, cause at the time every moment seemed really magical

I was wrong!
Just started listen to some tracks in search for this sample, I knew the woman voice was very similar to that on Silicon Sound - Memento, so I started to listen to Silicon Sound tracks... But no way to find that sample...
Then, it finally comes to my mind: Talamasca vs Silicon Sound - Lysergic Warp. I listened to it, it´s the track you´re searching for.

ok , very easily.....the track with this voice is the track i did with silicon sound called /lysergic warp/ ,and about the sample of melicia , you should watch the movie called "waking life" , you ll ear it......with a lot of other samples that i already used......and it is even possible that it is tghe same woman speaking..... |
