Just found it - it's from the Movie Momento (2000)  Was quite easy actually

But whether dragon tears are bitter or sweet

Are you sure it's from Memento? I saw the movie and the samples just don't fit it... At least no for Melicia - Smash...

It defently is the movie (found the script online and found the all the samples used) and the track that I referenced it with was the Melicia track. Maybe they just played around with the voices a bit to make sound a bit different.

I got the subtitles of this movie, in english, but the sample of Melicia - Smash is not on it. For sure.
