Spiral Trax is no doubt label of the month. after amazing Stress Assassin album arrive to our country (in fact both cd's arrive with same plane) new compilation from Spiral Trax International.
first of all this cd show us that minimal trance is not scando/german exclusive janre. artists from all glob around give here their latest and best trax. in opposite to "usial" this days trance music this compilation about pure minimal Trance. No club tuchs, No heavy teknoidy grooves, No mamonth kicks. flow,atmospheric and very minimal trance is a style of this cd.
very good known artists with tottal unknown underground producers live in peace under one cover.
all trax on very high quality and with great mastering work.
track list:
1.Bushbumpas - Bushrock - Sebastian Kruger aka SBK/Tarsis with two more guys open this cd with great flow trak. very groovy as Sebastian know to do.
2.P.O.T.S. - Mandy - another amazing trak. litle beat more lighty as usial for this band. very smart build up and this flow toward dance floor melodic lines just make u dance for sure.
3.Quarz - Wilde Werft - this one too minimal for me !!!??? just not right groove choice.. nice sample work but not good bass line.
4.Neum - Beezulbubbles - very softy and nice night trak. dirty bass line and amateur samples but all on high quality.
5.Biodegradable - Black Magic Women - hey yo, minimal mafiozo, your turn to play ;) all our gang in tottal extaza ;) fast moover.. great party stuff.. litlle melodic lines make the atmosphere friendly and perc work just great..
6.Double Dragon - Tin Drum - ahhh... what a bass/kick... remind Yumade from the dark side... another dance floor dance maker..
7.Allaby - Electrostatic - more psychedelic trak.. night stuff again but with some noises.. nice bass/kick and good enters and exists...
8.Shaff Puff - Red Sky -our local groovers.. support them !! the trak not something but still nice to see isralians realese on Spiral Trax... too noisy and stuck... but its for me that live here.. sure vikings die about it ;)
9.Proto-Culture - Superhighway Samurai - smooth last trak.. smash melo lines and slow,flow build up... amazing finish.. my favorite on this cd...
very nice compilation and cover also at europian quality.
the beauty on this compilation is compillate work.. all the trax sounds like logic continue of previos one and its great..

i especially liked : 2,3,6,7 but the rest is good too . |

I was surprised by this disc. Very surprised. I kinda thought Anti had lost his magic touch...
But this restored my faith in one of the premier scando labels. It's a great, great progressive comp, very nice story, flow and it can do wonders in the dancefloor.
My personal favs: 1,2,6,9. Sebastian rulez!

yes very nice disc indeed!
beside the shafpaf that show again israeli likes to play
great stuff by mr kruger, pots really good
and most of the disc acctually.
anti got something good here!
and great cover btw.

Hmmm, didn't really connect to this CD. Probably coz I'm more into the full on stuff.... it was 2 slow for me.
The only track I did like is Biodegradable - Black Magic Women |
