There's a guy in mi city which wears the same suit in almost every party. You people must have seen him in UP 07. The hole costume.
The "old lady" guy just has an incredible sense of humor.
Here in Brazil we have some parades when people (men) dress like women, old ladies and etc, get drunk and go walking on the streets. Just having fun. Imagine brazilian people, dressing up like this. HILARIOUS!
I don't think that's offensive at all. But that's me.

Do you guyz remember at UP this year, this guy that had a sign over his head, always near around the front of the main stage, that said "ESTOI FELIZ" and he had this crazy smile, where he just gritted his teeth the whole time. Every time i saw this guy, he had the biggest smile, but it wasnt a natural looking smile at all, and he had that sign "ESTOI FELIZ" "On the path of spirituality, one ventures to vanquish one’s own faults rather than to judge others"

hahaah it's the best costume ever. The stupid slack jawed facial expression coupled with the epileptic dance moves and pointing. goa gil acts like a total tool as well. OH GOD NO ONE CAN SHARE YOUR STAGE you old bastard.
