hi guys
im trying to connect a MC-303 groovebox to cubase sx via edirol midi connector.
ive changed my midi device menager and changed the setting in my in/out.
for some reason i can control the MC from cubase but i cant record or get any signal from the MC to cubase.
anybody know why???

U can't record any knob movements, since they don't send midi-data...
If u start-up u have 2 push a certain knob (i don't remember which one )so it's in a sort-off midi-receive
mode....(did you do that ?)
For the rest I would say it's crappy at midi !!!
You have to use the transform thingy...because it only reads sysex-data for recording data for cut-off/env./etc...
I really can't tell u how 2 do it...but i'm sure you can find it on the net....

I can't tell u if they work...because I sold mine a while ago...but...have a go....
B.t.w. I just did a little search on -mc-303 sysex- maybe u can find more/ better ones...

U could buy an external midi controller or draw the automation in Cubase......but.......you need those sysex transformer thingys from the websites i gave U...
