a very cool evening indeed in Telaviv last night. Arrived around 02:00 towards the end of Avi Nini's set. Nice progressive sounds, low bpm's and phat scando-style basslines, as expected... Next up were Brisker & Magitman,a promising act from VP's evergrowing arsenal of proggy talents. They gave a very complex LIVE act, a bit too melodic IMO, but still managing to stay proggressive and pumping. Original style, very interesting indeed. Look out for these guys tonight (you know where...). To close the party Zombi rose to the deck to flip some more pumping proggressia, but unfortunatley I had to leave soon after.

Anyway, nice one at the Maxim :-)           MiniMAL cabron...

"Yoooouure my hiding place...you're my hiding place...my fatheful escape..."

Avi Nini's pumping beats doofing through the car stereo on 102fm, got us into the spirit of things to come, on the way to the place. That's a real great idea too, having those transmissions, gives ya a chance to hear what you're missing inside:). The place was a bit less crowded than usual but that didn't stop us from having fun. Nini grooved our buts and got us to the right condition for the live set. Roman & Brisker: the dynamic duo oh my goodness! Let me just say one thing, whoever's gonna hear them tonight get yourselves ready for one blasting, energizing and exhilarating live set! Didn't get a chance to hear Zombie's new choons, was dragged out of there, but we caught some on the way back, god bless the radio
Everytime I come back to Maxim, this cozy little place just feels like home and a hideaway from all the mainstream madness out there. Thank you Zomb Yuka Reuven and all the crew...me likey
P.S. Gonna go and shine my shoes for Healy, I really do hope he plays some Coburn stuff.
