I reviewed it a while ago

sure is brilliant. Definitely one of my favourite soft warm ambient albums.

Released in 2001 though wasn't it?

I-ditation album.

"I didn't get no sleep at all last night
My shoulders were as heavy as lead
I felt something was just not right
I had to roll a little spliff for my head

So I took a walk inside
Talked to I, I self
Trying to ease these pains of mine
Oh Jah give I strength"

good album for times like these           `Bottomless wonders spring from simple rules, which are repeated without end` Mandelbrot
