Matching quotes to Psytrance tracks

Psysnoopy's thread on 'Collection of Psyquotes' made me think about the really good samples I've heard whilst at parties, which have created loops in my head, thus allowing me to remember the words (if not the music).
How about this being a 'matching' thread where you can quote the sample, and someone who recognises the music can reply and end hours of misery?!
I've checked the site "psyquotes" (http://dmt.hut.ru/1h.html) from start to finish, but can't find the ones I'm after. How about this one to start it off, heard at a Las Dalias psytrance party in Ibiza last summer (might not be absolutely accurate):

Spoken in a thick London accent, if I recall rightly, somewhat reminiscent of a "bovver boy"
Anybody identify the track. I'd love to get a hold of it and play at a party myself.

Bovver Boy reminded me of "Hooligans" (2005), with Frodo Baggins / Elijah Wood.
There's a guy called Bovver.
And their enemy, Tommy Hatcher, calls him "Bovver Boy" one time.
With that thick, british accent, you mentioned.
Anyway, I have no idea which track is it though, and I'm also not sure if it really from this movie.
