i've recently came across this tutorial for mastering.. would you ppl agree with this way of mastering? .. suggestions?

yeah, pretty good

of course, we have the advantage of using digital control over all the elements in the track, so I don't see why not change the EQ of specific tracks in real time, and put compressors on the send FX and stuff... If you work with cubase or logic (or even fruity loops), you have WAY more control than this. The pre-mastering and the mastering are slowly becoming the same process nowadays.           http://www.myspace.com/Hooloovoo222

The noise trick seems nice - but everything is pretty usual I guess. This is more for a song recording and mastering though.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

The noice trick is nice, but it can be done
during the recordings!           Just listen...
