3- i did many ways mastering my tracks and now im stucked
first way : i recorded the whole track in reason went to sound forge and after t racks--- i got good(high) volume but the sounds is like one over another( i did a fkn 4 days equalizing it b4 in reason but the bass sounds still no separe freq from teh kick)...
second way : i made three diferent wave files
,one with the drums , one with the bass , one with the efx---- i opened the three of it in sound forge (but dont know how to play all at the same time there) so i equalized in sound forge and after i recorded it in acid...--> this way i got good quality but low volume.
here's the questions.
1 - is it my sound board?can be i mean
2 - can i mix the three wav in sound forge how?
3 - should i delete reason and install cubase?
4 - do u have any tips it can help me?

firstly, you can work reason and Cubase together, using the "ReWire" Patch. that way you can actually run reason through cubase and EQ and master everything from there. EQing an entire track without EQing each channel be4 can cause some bad sound problems. make sure everything sounds right (use Headphones for low frequencies, like kicks, Bass Etc., but also for other stuff).
the sound card can be also a cause for hazard, thuogh i use SB VibraLive 64 (im waiting to send my puter to the shop so i can put in the luna II back in) and i am getting fairly good results.

if you want the bassline to be on a seperate Frequency than the kick, simply put it higher (or lower, respectively). make sure your kick and bassline don't overlap. EQ the bass and EQ the kick, and run a standard check - a four X four kick line and a continuous bassline. if the sounds are still overlapping, Tweak the EQ till it's all good.
again, make sure you EQ every single channel so it sounds "Leveled" with everything else. if somthing is off key or out of balance, play it on solo and check what's wrong with it.
hope i helped.

actually' in my  opinion u have to work with a multi channel device.... might b acid, cool edit but my favourite must be cubase, there u can work with the volumes' EQ & other problematic earias of composing.
from what i can see your problam is not necessarily the EQ but could be the level of each part... i think mastering electronic music shuld be an integral part of making it meaning when u write the part u automaticlly adjust the volume & eq to get the  best sound...
hope my tips helps u.
