Hello massive people ,

I want to master some of my tunes for a club system and press it down to vinyl .
Should i better use Behringer2031's or JBL EON15's to emulate club sound system ?

And what's the frequency range limits on most typical club sound systems ?

Do i need a sub-woofa' unit for da' low-end boom-bass ?
There is some other way to manage low-end basses in da' mix without subwoof'az?

Any advices ?

The problem is that my 2031's have small bass response and problematic midrange , sometimes everything sounds fine to me ,but on bigger speakers there is too much midrange and a lot of problems with low stuff between 30hz to 50hz.
Ofcourse the sound of the speakers depends on room accoustics too , but i have good accoustics and speaker placement .
btw , the music i do it's very high-pressure and maximalistic drum&bass that runs close to 180bpm and it's very hard to mix on nearfields ,but my friend have this Genelec1031's and they can handle da' bass easy ,and i can hear clearly all the small detales. Genelecs are easier to work with but too expensive for me .
Anyway i think about to buy some nice subwoofer or i can get JBL EON's they have 15inch LF drive, but i'm not shure what's better .
Drum&bass it's kind of music that pushes the maximum out of the equipement.

you can't master a track on the eon.
but the best thing to do is mastering the song on the 2031 and then check the results on the eon.
in most cases if it sounds good on a flat response speaker like the 2031 it will sounds good anywhere.

C3P0.
as for the "club sound" ... use sound technician - the fastest way to get a sound u need.
but, your frequency bottleneck will be the vynil making machine, not your source file.

anyway i don't understand why do u try to save 1-2 hundred $$ of sitting in a studio with professionals,
and have your track done perfectly.
it is much less money than a "good" pro monitors.

bom.

Not to mention the fact that to press 'em down to vinyl ( unless u make some 700+ of them ) is a high cost operation as well           A man with a "master plan" is often a woman

Ok , Dance oriented music should be released on vinyl - because that's the way this music should be played !
Today i see more and more DJ's with minidisks and mp3 players , but this is not the way .
Only VINYL can give to da' DJ that mixability .
And i'm shure that everyone who know to spin SL1200's , who doin' this for years , will agree with me on that one.

I want to press 500 and i don't even know how much it can cost in Israel ,and who have vinyl pressing machines here .
I have some other sources for that in Europe and Canada , and it's not so expensive operation.
