Traveller, you're a dodgy one... I always seem to miss meeting you somehow.
Anyway, it was a wicked gig. 300 ppl (very small for Astrix scale, but maybe that's what the finnish scene can come up with when hosting the leading artist of today's trance scene...) in Gloria, which is a very comfortable place to play in.
A very strong and happy reaction from the crowd to our Israeli style, which is always nice to see.
Orkidea started with a beautiful chillout set, Psykero continued with massive kickin' set, and we simply had to continue the fun...
Lets hope that the finnish scene can have more international gigs like this in the future and try to sync a bit more with what's happening around it in the global trance scene.

It truely was a blast. When I got in to Gloria Psykerö just started. He played quite a blaster full-on set which left Auspexx with no other thing to do than play more full on. Actually I think it was a good thing. It was very nice to hear a well-balanced fullon set with enough more chiller tunes to really build a power to those blasters.
The main act of the evening, Astrix, was great. Last time I danced like that was when Alien Project was doing his live in Helsinki last fall. Only negative thing about the party was the volume. I had to stop dancing in the middle of Astrix because I got such a headache from the loudness of the music. I know i should wear earplugs, but I don't like 'em
But still, it was a great evening. Lot's of friends and Valentine's day spirit.
Thanks Tal, 13prod, Astrix, Psykerö, Jonny, Memmu and numerous other ppl I met there. I had a great time |
