i use only ultrabeat for making beats in my music...i am very happy with it but i was thinking about maschine...a friend of mine is selling in a very good price and i think to get it..
any opinions? |

maschine don t come with a drum synth, but with loads of sample,sequencer,pads ect... it s not really a replacement to ultrabeat except if you use it just for sequencing drum..then mashcine all the way imo |

Whow!!!!!!!thats great video....so the kick is ultrabeat and the percussion from machine?Man tweaking live all these equipment is totally amazing...MORE PLEASE!!!!! |

Yup, UB is doing the main kick, percs from Maschine, as well as them feedback grain delayed patches. The moogs through the moogefoogers do the rizers and pitch down FX patches (pre-recorded).
I just got a MOTU 128 so this was the first jam where everything was locked to MIDI at the same time.
I had only one MIDI out from my Saffire's MIDI out so far...and I could add a Moog Slim Phatty and Moog Minitaur, as they are USB/MIDI as well.
Anyhow, its not trance, just random patch making and beat mangling that came out like this. Just a late night jam where to make a track is not the aim, but rather to do whatever comes to mind and have fun with it.
