Martinez, the Swedish producer, needs no introduction. On this 3rd Floor release Martinez brings three tracks. "Mistlur" combines old and new, layering tons of hypnotic and enchanting sounds that twirl in and out on top of the warm, driving bassline. "Sliderglider" represents the minimal and bouncy sound on this 12". The primary bassline is deep and driving and requires plenty of room, but the accompanying effects and synths have a more minimal feel to them, thus resulting in a very effective sound. "101 Regards" finishes off this electronic slaughter in a very hypnotic and building fashion. The siren-ish theme synth continually builds itself up, then, tears itself down, leaving the listener in a state of trance.
