I have to say I was really dissapointed by your (most of u) reactions to Cyberians post about the skins ( OCB) .Why do you ppl mind if someone wants to smoke a joint inside a party?I mean its weed-just a plant.It doesnt mean that if one smokes weed that he is a junkie or a drughead or anything!I go to a party and i like having a drink or two,or a smoke or two&have a good time.listening to music,dancing&laughing with my friends.Whats the big deal?Do I harm anyone?Do I annoy anyone?Do I hurt anyone? NO!
PS.the cops will ALWAYS try and stop parties ,so why not have some fun while they try ?

Drugs at parties is a very sensitive issue and a very relative one according to the place that you are and the people that exist in that place.
Saying that, I mean that for example in London there used to be parties -and still are- that used to give for example free rolling papers to people entering the party or other kind of stuff. Similar idea like the Cyberians' one...
With one difference though, this was in London, UK, not Greece.
Party people over there embraced this move and liked it a lot, because in the UK, drug legislation and police authorities are much less strict than Greece, especially in the Psy-scene. Also the people there have a different perception in terms of drugs.
Cannabis is in reality decriminalised, as you can basically smoke a joint on the street walking without anyone saying anything to you.
Unfortunately -or fortunately-, here is Greece, and we all know the reality. Drug legislation and police authorities are very strict especially with the Psy-scene, because here for the vast majority of people, especially those outside this scene, psy-parties = drug abuse (which is quite ironic considering what's going on in parties with other kind of music like house or techno).
So, in conclusion, this move would probably be a wonderful & a very good thing to do in terms of promotion, if taking place for example in London where the circumstances and the attitude of everyone allows it, but over here, is like calling the police to your door and giving them the right to shut the whole place down.
People don't get me wrong, some people like the whole drug issue in parties while others resent it to the full. I'm not taking sides here, I'm barely making an observation.

You live in a country where a joint can cost you 7 months in jail ,a sentence that will make you at least 700 euros poorer (lawyers,court xpences,penalty etc)
Further more,smoking weed in public places (especially inside a club where a party is taking place) is puting in danger the organisation of the event.
Do you really think that it's worth it?

i wish you to have fun in your life and never never never have any problems.
unless you are young or you have been out of greece since now, mate you sound very selfish or you dont have an idea about the setuation in greece.
as the rest of the ppl have told you here its greece and it is very very but very f... different from uk or spain or france or ever cyprus. only if you get in trouble your self with this kind of matters you ll realise what these guys are talking about. non of them are sceared because they are (floroi) its due to the fact that they know what they are talking about.
and if you dont care about your self you should care about the party itself since for one small joint you can have the party stoped by cops and everybody checked.
i am not trying to be smart or tell you what to do, but if you what my advice please be careful in greece.

Psy Mystic smoking weed is illegal so if anyone wants to smoke it he can easily do it at his house or his private property,you dont have to go to a party in order to smoke weed.Plus mostly its the police that cares if people smoke weed so i suggest you send them a mail and ask them why they mind that LOL.
Come on lets be serious,marijuana is a drug and its illegal in our country,it doesnt matter where it comes from cause its a drug no matter what someone might claim,like it or not we must respect the laws of our country otherwise those that dont like the laws can move to the Netherlands where smoking weed is not illegal.
Also keep in mind that smoking weed in public places such as a club is very very annoying for some people (no matter if they smoke ordinary cigarettes or not) that have to breath this thing,i mean we have to respect the others also no?By the way i just answered YES in your question that asked whether you annoy anyone by smoking weed in a club
You also said that police will always try to stop psy trance parties so why not have fun why they try to do this.Have fun while they try to stop parties?Sorry but when the police busts an event all the acidheads and junkies throw their drugs on the floor in order to avoid being arrested and in the end the police gathers all THEIR shit from the floor,puts it in a big box,brings it to the police headquarters and the next day they accuse of drug trafficing the owner of the club and the promoters of the event.DO YOU THINK THAT THIS IS FUNNY?Sorry but as a party promoter myself i dont find it funny at all.Oh by the way i just answered YES in your question that asked if you hurt anyone by smoking weed in a club,you do hurt the owner of the club and the promoter mate.
Drugs inside parties kill the psy trance scene in Greece.Club Owners,Promoters and Clubbers go to jail.Parties get stopped.Clubs get locked forever.Other club owners are afraid to provide their clubs for a psy trance event cause they dont want to have problems with the police.Mayors and Local Authorities are afraid to host outdoor festivals because of drugs.Sponsors avoid giving their money to psy trance events and another thousand things that i cannot think right now.
People that claim that smoking weed in a club is not bad for anyone are probably people who havent analysed the subject in depth and are people that are not aware of the consequences of their actions for themself and for the others around them.

Just received a personal message by the supermoderators of this forum that this thread has to be locked since the drugs issue is offtopic from the music part of the psy trance scene that isratrance is dealing with.
Very interesting topic indeed but has to be locked,hope that my last answer in this thread made some people to see some things from another point of view
