I want to share with you some realy impressing single/EP-files I have picked up lately, there has been a lot interessting the last weeks but this is worth to take a listen.
Marc Houle - "Meatier Shower" (Minus)
This tune is awesome, it includes everything which makes electronic music rich. It is very minimalistic but never boring. It contains a yellow/kraftwerklike computervoice. it has a modern drivey arrangement which makes you run around the floor and all this together ends up in one of the best masterpieces of the year so far. Timeless electronic techno music with makes your legs groove and this voice takes away your head - promise!
Santagio Nino - Clown Tunes: "Clown the Raper", "Murder of the Clown" (Dub Tech Recordings)
Yeah, rocking groovy asskicking. Santiago Nino comes up with some accustic Jazzy elements embended between fat groovy basslines and an overall very shaky rythm where no leg is able to take a rest. Realy good production and soundquality and gives what is so important today: Something special compared to the 1000 other tunes which are released every day. The tracktitles are a bit strange but the music is realy good.
BitShift - 3th Step EP (Planet BEN Digital)
Till has not take a rest and suprises with a new collection of four tracks including undefinable elements of different electronic music genres combining them into an interface of trancy dancefloor-spirit and modern electronic groove elements. Especially "E Bug" is a track you should pick up for a listen, which enriches every Dj set with this rolling and smooth shuffle shaking percussions, as the track goes, BitShift paints the picture deeper and deeper and clearly shows his true roots from a trance-background.
Kish Muave - Loos Controll Chewy Chokolate Cookies RMX (YNYS)
Now, dancefloor nights need thoose killertracks where everyone is crying and going crazy - running up the walls making the sweat dropping from the roof. If the time is right and you want to have as switch which makes everyone around going totally nuts then THIS is your red "going-crazy-now"-button. Have fun and fasten your seatbelts. This is track contains mainly electro-house elements but is not so typically genre-fixed and contains a enough of something special to make people not only dancing but even listening - ok I even have to say every included sound is about pure crazyness

Havnt heard any of these names before, so I'm guessing its something a little less psy. Excellent - exactly what I've been looking for.
Will try and get my hands on some of these, sound tasty. Thanks Mantik |
