Kinematic Records is very proud to present our 5th release, ‘Lalaland’, a 5 track EP which comes to you as a direct download from the brain of US Psytrance artist manipulatioN or Nuno Cabral. Nuno has been making waves in the US psy scene over the past few years, and we are sure this EP will live up to the expectations of many… as this is psytrance that will create a Maelstrom of people, energy and Dust on any Dancefloor, and throw you around like the crazy person you never thought you were!
‘Lalaland’ sits slightly on the faster/harder side of the Kinematic Records Spectrum, with a touch of the more psychedelic sounds usually heard during the night, but it always maintains a sense of storyline and narrative, and is packed full of interesting twists and surprises. The first four tracks expertly show off the manipulatioN Modus operandi: Driving basslines, Twisted melodies and Sounds from a different dimension. The EP ends on quite a different note though, the final track ‘Sage’, is a beautiful piece of psychedelic electronica. Ethereal and filled with imagery, it is a perfect way to end this psychedelic adventure though Lalaland.
