Are there any web pages that u know that show ell how to make snares,hihats,claps and all kinds of samples with programs??

there probably is,
but the best way is self - experimenting.
you get the best results, trust me.

listen .... about drums...
snares/hats etc can be constructed with:
white/pink noise sound source.
AMP enevelope ADSR:
Attack = very short
Decay = short
Sustain = 0
R=depends what hat do u want :)
with all this, you can play with the osc's Freq,
and the ADSR settings, and after this, add it FX:
Flange it, Reverb it, Even Tube Phase it .....
i think i just gave away a few of the secrets :)))

and, don't forget to experiment.
[u can add another type of noise, another square wave, etc]

P.S. if u don't know what i'm talking about ..... hmmm
too bad :-)

ahh ,,, forgot:
this can be done with:
VAZ Modular, or Reaktor.
or other "Virtual Modular" SoftSynth.
