something worth thinking about....there are billions of sample packs out there, a lot of them just wav and occasionally with some MIDI as well, but I think something that would be very useful is a little movie or tutorial section accompanying each of or some of the samples
for instance, say you have a bunch of laser one shots. Maybe include a video or a text document explaining basic synthesis / approach of these sounds - it would be infinitely more instructive and it would certainly make your pack stand out a bit from the crowd.
as for an account/help with the project? do you mean, hosting the project? if you're looking for someone to distribute and market for you, I would google around for people/organizations selling similar sample packs and contact them and see if they're interested in your pack.
