or maybe the question is...is psy-trance produced by junkies? if you're talking about eskimo and the mejority of music creators and producers of all types of music, then the answer is yes indeed music created by junkies...for junkies....

now where do you fit in this picture?

yeah u got it...pff

..i hope that was ironic.

...there're some guys out there who
don't take any drugs and create the most psychedelic music u can imagine.

..it's so stupid to have those drug addictions u all mention here.

...its so silly when people say "ohh yeah this music is so trippy the creator must be on shrooms or a blotter".

..if u think so ;-) do that.

..maybe it's needed for those who have a lack in their own soul and can't even reach such state of minds and creativity without drugs.

..and all because they don't even know who or what they are..

think about it..

...and dont come with examples like
"hey jimy hendrix had never ever been able to play such psy riffs without acid
..it opened a secret door in his mind"

The guy was so damn on the ground..like u said a junkie. he always had the abillity to play like he did

...acid doesnt create anything that isnt there..it doesnt do magic..it maybe helped him to get back to his own soul..but he was also able to do that all on his own, without acid.

i dont have anything against drugs..i just hate the drug addiction that is all over here

... it might be cool for general experience or therapy,
but its not needed for a psy experience on the music or just to be more creative.

To be psychedelic or to experience the psychedelic world has nothing to do with drugs.

imho, a trance crowd is the most attentive audience on offer regardless if they are on drugs are not. Go to a house club and see how many people are actually paying attention to what coming out of the speakers. Not many.

At the end of you day, you should make music for yourself and not for who you percieve your audience to be. People will make up their own minds as to wether they want to tune in or out of it. Even the most wasted dancer will snap out of it if the music is sick enough!

o really?

what a pile of junk...

which by the way have nothing to do with what a junkie is , which if u werent so ignorant would know that is an adjective to users of opiods.

you arrogant twirp.
you think you just know it all don't you?

Everybody else is just ignorant.

"A junkie (or junky) is a heroin addict. The word has also come to be used to describe addicts in general. People enthusiatic about a given thing sometimes call themselves junkies (as in the term "science fiction junkie" or "political junkie"). It derives from the behavior of some addicts to collect scrap metal (junk) to sell it to gain money for their drug."

in Wikipedia

got it?

you have to be stupid, not to understand that the man did not mention heroin addicts, but addicted people in a general way.

Look in the mirror once in a while, you might find the same faults on yourself, as the ones you arrogantly point the finger at.

so u got it personal . thats ok man i really dont give a f.. but the word which was coined by william burroughs is meant for opiods users only. thats what language is for. to use it on other type of drug users is not only wrong but peyorative... and the "pile of junk" u are discarding just shows how small ur screen is. i may be wrong.. but cultures all around the world and their experiences in altered states of conciousness is bigger than u and me so think before u write. peace..           www.soundcloud.com/elektroakustica/sets/downtempo/

I got it personal? What could you possibly mean by this? You don’t even know me...

Now this came out of your wide open screen brain:

Quote:
what a great display of ignorance!!!.

(...)either is this a joke or ure the joke..

(...)which if u werent so ignorant

(...)hey you dumb F..... ,

(...)man i really dont give a f..

What i take personal, is your arrogance, and aggressiveness towards other people that you don’t know.
Because in case you forgot, the nicknames you reply to are actual people, just like yourself, who like to be treated decently, and with respect.

Quote:
just shows how small ur screen is

Does it? Comparing to what? You?

So you think of yourself as someone with a wide perception and conscious?

So much better then the rest of us, ignorant, small screen people…

If that will turn me into an arrogant, aggressive, “don’t give a f…“ kind of person, well, thanks but prefer to be just like I’m right now…

man i really dont give a f..

I noticed that…

ok man i do look in the mirror, i am very far from perfect. but i have a clear point of view at least on this matter, which i have studied for some time now.

thats why i have an opinion about this issue, and very strong ones, personally. the point of view of the person who started the thread is at least very far from mine, and i have the right to differ as much as he has to make such statements. to me what he says maybe not as openly "agressive" as u may think my comments are, but they are offensive, peyorative and far more out of line that anything ive said in here, because it discriminates a vast amount of people who are important for the scene (musicians, producers, party-goers) etc.
so far u have not said anything related to that , what is ur point of view? thats what matters. u also think that its a waste of time composing and arranging or mixing live sets for "the junkies"????           www.soundcloud.com/elektroakustica/sets/downtempo/

hey, i just saw a topic with a few ppl talking some shit , so i thought i would add some more shit talking.

this topic is a little pointless unless we all realize that no one was put in this world to gudge others. let it be.

some fucked up junky wants to come to a party...let him or her come. they could've done that shit at home, but they chose to do it there, at the party. and not just any party. a psy party...because that's the music they love...same as you. respect that, or else you are no better than the junky.

most of u guys bitch

about the addicts or fried guys who attend the party let me ask u one Q ?

can u count how tracks in this musc genre that talk about lsd, mushrooms, and other drugs

I even have a track called I need a fix
so if u bitch about the crowd I guess some artists r the reason to blame

this whole secene my friend is mixed thru commerical use, drugs and junkies

and some happy people who think trippin is the basic element of this life

life can't be any enjoyable or good without lsd

so grow up without all these things ur trance world wouldn't exist at first

sure, i still blame the Rolling Stones
track "sympathy for the devil" for all those Satan worshippers out there.

men unless you're underaged, you are responsible for your own actions..

Its like blaming marilyn manson for culombine...

if you dont like drugs and think they dont have anything to do with music, you should really, really wake up..

there is drugs everywhere... coffee, chocolate, alcohol, lots of the foods we eat contain drugs or transforms into drugs...

i think its safe to say that we are always high, more or less....

just stop bitching... and, who are you to judge other persons perception? you dont have a clue.
