No Amiga is needed, a C64 only has teh SID Chips
Try eBay, i bought a couple of cheap C64 to build my SID Synth |

I have assembled my MIDI SID, however I need to debug the SID module... the CORE module is working, and operational, so I can send MIDI and receive SYSEX status messages, but something is not happening between the PIC and the SID chip.
Once I get this figured out, I will give you a Giana Sisters Remix |

hmm... the box seems to be a bit laggy, not being able to stay on beat.
Very cool sound, though. Is it only SID, no distortion added? (in the video) |

hi ! i had the luck to get a commodore 64 for free!!
do u need more than one of this cpus to build a complete midibox sid with controlls and all???
the only problem is that the computer is not in working condition, how can i know if the chips are still usable??? i have a friend who is a masta with chips and robotics, and is willing to help me out... lucky me..
