I have really been fancying a lot of gelato or Italian ice cream lately though I could not achieve of the perfect mix when doing it at home. I have read about it online how it is made a lot slower and firmer so that there are not too much levels of air right when you mix it so that the ice cream is dense and richer in flavor. But I think that would be out of option as it already takes a long time to create the usual ice cream. |

Sounds nice, yes its hard to get it really good. I have also been elobarating some with making ice cream. An ice cream machine feels like something one should get.
