You know actually, that might be a good idea since they are so many that piss and moan about anything and everything..... Cause I see it everywhere here.... The threads should be hearded up like moanning cattle and be put in one area/section so the powers to be can keep an eye on things. And if things get out of wack the mod's can shoot fire up their arse....

things i like about isratrance
1) nice exchange of ideas involving the world of trance
2) up to date information about festivals, parties and releases
3) the isra's, user-friendly, blue colour background
although a chat room could upgrade the given service
ps if people like to moan, let them moan, whinning is a form of communication, it is the other opinion, learn instead of discharge... |

an not so new idea (D the M and lots lots lots other people have register parts of it before)!
Why dont you make an unmoderated sub-forum, where people can fight each other (over music of course), whine, moan and generaly mis-behave (within limitations).
That will take the pressure off, out of other forums.
ps1 and a chat room so we can insult each other (due to artistic differences) in real time 
ps2 off course instead of you creating something new i could f... off to other forums/sites etc,
at the end i might do.

You're suggesting an unmoderated section . Then you're saying whine/misbehave within limitations. That is an entirely impossible equation. Most people on this forum don't have a clue when they cross the line. The only reason it ever seems like a heated debate/ bitching session is happening within limits, it is because it is being moderated by one of us. Really.
I can only please one person per day. Today's not your day. Tomorrrow isn't looking good either. |

Isn't Isratrance enough non-moderated these days? Seems to me that we have more freedome now then ever before. And look at the place, it's falling down the drain. Besides, want a 0% moderated section? Then a Off-topic section would be the thing. But thei tried that long before I arrived here, and a bird told me it failed. .. oh oh, who cares? There are other forums around. |

Well, you are all right, although i 've noticed that if you dont like a post/attitude you do not reply back...and imo this is a mechanism of stopping the evolution of a given topic. Which means that in an unmoderated section, the members are in control of the flow/direction of the debate.
So here you are... you have an unmoderated sub-forum which is kept in line by you (the member) in a civilized way. i dont say that the current way of dealing with non conformity is uncivilized, only suggest that it could be making a difference to regulate such section with the aid of peer pressure.
What do you (the members/admin) want? an off-topic category (which has only one sub-category: the links!!) or a free progressing, organic bloom of (off & intopic) ideas, taking us to the next level of thinking? eg the whining sub-forum

Its The human and her feelings that is playing tricks... getting to know your feelings and controlling them is the right path..
its very difficult and sometimes painfull!
and to be able to admit that you were wrong can also be painful...
i dont think we need a subforum... we just need more people that dicuss and debate in a healthy way.. without bringing too much emotion to the table... or at least think twice of what something makes them feel, and if their reaction is valid...
