also wich one you like most out of curiosity for the raw sound, the rubicon or dpo?

Curious to know what sequencers you recommend for modular system?
I'm tossing up either the AcidLab Autobot or Make Noise Rene`?
I'm also getting some modules:
Distortion - "Strakal Brulu {Re Greñv Eo}" (Maybe the "R51 VCA Distortion" as well")
Delay - " Analog Delay" (Pittsburgh, will go nice with Foundation 2.0)
What other FX etc. do you recommend?
i use my xoxbox for that, but you have to rescale two potenimeters inside and this throws your tuning for the synth part

was going to get a corgasmatron but cant find any audio with them both
might bjust settle for pitsburgh and wait for the make noise state variable
Fuck---25 min loop on yer lfo
Just a quick Jam to Demo the Dpo/Corgasmatron Combo.
all made with just DPO/Corg/PEG
Octatrack to sequence. Almost no processing.

good question.
have a 104 hp 3u rack at the moment with the plan to never get bigger and only get new stuff if it supercedes the previous
enforce discipline and not be buying the latrest stuff cos i want it but need it
plan was to replace the virus ti2 with a modular version with expert sleepers doing all the modulation and control and using stackables as multis and cv mixers leaving all the space for audio sources and filters
and everything having multiple functions
small and portable and extremely flexible
so t the moment its a duophonic or two part
with an addition of a corgasmatron up to four note polyphonic or act as a pair of subs for the dpo
but will wait and see what pops up at namm
and see what goes up for sale at muff wigglers the days after as everyone starts carving out space in their racks

need a scope and a good tuner
once you do it for one then they all are the basic same i reckon
you still not getting any joy with the Xs
tried the big knobs thing yet
you have the advantage of being able to pick the parts to fit the gaps

it s complicated for the knobs as they are D shape and make noise one are circle.. jered told me it will be a bit difficult to find other knobs that can be used with the Xs.. i may just let it like that.
i really like the Xs with the cluster flux it sound really good but i want to expand it for more versatily . es3 will be my first module.. then probably a filter for a different carractere then i will add buffered multiple, vcas,vcos..
btw what are the most praised filters?
the malekko are supposed to be great, i like the pittsburg one too but it s a multi 12db if i m right like my xs so will go for something else

malekko borg filters,
DR Octature (rare but really food roland sh filter clone)
toppobrillo multi mode
Make noise got something in the works as well
filters a personal sort of thing
i like em buttery and smooth with a touch of clipping like the corgasmatron
id say the pittsburgh really worth a closer look. good range from nasty too smooth plus you get a free phaser thown in when you set it to midway on the low to high (allpass filter) and its not expensive enough for any regrets if you dont like it

was really hoping i got that filter(£115) only for the fact that if you ever had the chance to listen to the poly mod on a prophet 5
you would be blown away
when you fm that sem chip filter a little bit of majik happens
shitty recording but you get what i mean
