It's possible to make some scripts to prevent this, but surely the script soon or later will cause trouble and people will find a way to bypass the script "detection function".
The procedure we are following is to give to the user that post this the "spammer of the month" award and delete all the related posts.
Moderators have lots of hard work here, deleting posts and drinking coffee...
