Maitreya Festival is about creating the happiest place on the planet for 4 days, to offer an experience that will inspire people to live the most unbelievably amazing lives that are possible.
We hope you can come and experience the intimate connections you have with the art, music, and community around you in the great, great outdoors in Australia’s beautiful countryside.
Come along, camp out under the stars with friends, enjoy the yummy food, great drinks, amazing music over 4 areas, workshops to teach you all those things you’ve always wanted to know, art that will capture your hearts and the most amazing people in the universe in one spot for 4 days, and only one and a half hours from Melbourne!
Maitreya Festivals goal is to give you the best Festival experience in Australia, whilst informing you about some of the important issues that are affecting us and our planet. It’s all about fun and having a good time!

We want to inspire you and for u to inspire us, we know u all make the most amazing art!
Anything you want to enter is acceptable, a 4 x 6 inch painting, to a movie screen up a tree, to a performance piece, anything is possible.
Punkadelik decor art, workshops, sustaiability, and more!
And the line up, over 4 music spaces, 4 days of psychedelic thump in the great outdoors, perfect sound and an amazing light and lazer show to boot....

I wouldnt be just for this event, Australia has the best summer season anywhere in the world! Many world class parties every weekend across the whole country. Australia is a very special place with some amazing things to share with the world in the leadup to 2012, the last eclipse on the Mayan Calender!!! Come to Australia for 3 months between December and Feb and you will see not only our beautiful country but every act you would see in Europe over their party season and more!
The Oz summer is world class, come join the greatest trance trek in the world and be part of this amazing time in the world and in Australia!
An Australian Bush Party is unlike anyhting youv ever been to before!!!!!!
