main page review section doesn't accept review?

Hey hello just wanted to know if it's normal that i can't post a little review on the mainpage...It says " u cant use Hebrew on this page", but the thing is i dont even have hebrew on my keyboard  ... any suggestions? thanx already 
  ...the mind is like a parachute...it doesn't work unless it's open...

ok, sorry, problem solved....euhm, apparently i used "é"...

ShivaS - change it to "Use only english", or something like that.
Accented letters use the same ascii code as Hebrew.
