Nice intro .) I think the kick sounds a bit hollow, it seems to have something cut out of it I cant really explain.
Also, on the breaks you could play around more with your kick and drum elements - image you have an actual drummer playing through the track, would you think he'd have fun or be bored playing this tune? If there's a drummer, he wants to put in new interesting elements and ideas whenever he can (and a break is ideal for this).

On the buildup, I think you could create a lot more tension, as the track actually goes almost to silence before the "full on power" beat comes back in (@4:00). I'd make a huge rhythm squelch playin, with a LP filter starting closed (no sound commingout), and opening over time, making the sound appear - but it's your tune, you've got to put your own ideas into it.

Also I'd like to hear more elements, more contrast, so the leads wouldn't just loop for 64 beats at a time, to make it more interesting.
