The Magic Mushroom Band were (or are) a very nice festival style band of the the nineties and can be described as Hawkwindesque Space Rock...! Various members of this band are now called Astralasia whom I'm sure most of you will have heard. I have several of their CDs and have seen them a few times; if you like Ozric Tentacles, Gong and Hawkwind then this should suit!
As far as as a recommendation goes I would say that R U Spaced Out 2? is the best along with an impossible to find Process of Illumination..
