The question that daniels@n ask it's really important. We can't go to the village buy some food/water and bring to the camp? |

Yep, the question of food is quite important.. I usually bring some special food with me, for my own diet.. do you really mean you gonna check the bags at the entrance?
Another question: will you send the cheap tickets to Moscow, Russia? cause the New Year is near.. as I've been to Samothrakis I know you're the good orgs, and I could help organising a bunch of friends to go. The current price is still affordable, and I'm not sure about 180-250 euro.. please PM me if we could arrange it somehow. |

Prices and menus are not set yet and will be available through our website in the facilities and guidelines section in the start of 2010.
In general, prices for food and drinks will be really friendly and high quality food will be served..food like swahili, european, indian, snacks and much more.
We have in our terms "No bottles, cans, glass, containers, alcohol, food on-site. Any found will be confiscated": we have in our sustainability project included a zero waste management plan and not bringing these kind of items would help us preserve our area. reusable and biodegradable bags- cups- plates will be at the disposal of all participants which are encouraged to bring their own reusable camping utilities but please try to avoid plastics and other non organic materials.. the villages in mafia have very few things to offer as food, markets etc..off course everyone is free to bring stuff that he bought in mafia island but everybody MUST be eco-conscious about your trash and keep the zero waste footprint!
