My friend has them and he speaks only good about them, he even tried to convince me to get a pair...
but i cant tell you anything cause i havent made any tests..
So you should do...
I say make a track with a frequency clash, maybe in different freqs, one with bass and kick colide, then one with a too resonant lead..... and see how they reveal this... i say compare with Genelec and the adams if you can...
Good luck and google some reviews also

thx for your post
sounds like a good idea but i've been messing around too much with choosing the right monitors .i think the a7 has lack of bass , i didn't hear the genelecs but i've heard only good things about'm,though i don't think we got'm here in israel.i've heard the bm6a mkII sounds amazing but it was long time ago , not sure if they are better than hr626.
that's where you come into the picture :-D
i read many reviews ,no bad things yet.
more opinions plz?

i do like the adam's mid-high range ,it sounds cristal clear but the lowend is not punchy enough and too soft for me ,i like it raw like the mackies.
well,i guess i answered my question .

i went for the Dynaudio Bm6a.
the hr824 sounds amazing in the low-end but they are too big for my room, and the 624 is lacking bass from what i remember but better in the mid-high than 824.so i left with a 6.5" +- monitor to choose, adam a7 are lacking bass imo but sounds better than 624 in th overall image ,
i listened to the dynaudio BM6A and there was no question for me , a matter of taste i guess, punchy & accurrate mother fuckers
.thx anyway guys you were very helping! |
