macbook pro owners use the damn builtin crappy speakers

these speakers are good for a kind of ns 10 use , yeah music sound total shit on these but i like to use these for mixing, it s suprising.
make things sound right on the mbp speaker first, even kick bass, then tweak on monitors you might be surprised the little crapy speaker will show you a few things even some expensive monitors don t.
the sound is very band limited ,maybe it help with no bass frequency masking dunno, the room probably don t really affect their sound as if you turn up the volume they will blow your ears or the mbp .. these speaker are seriously crap ,the sound don t even feel coming from the middle but more from the right of the laptop lol they are total shit speaker but underrated reference for mixing |

if the kick attack is piercing your ears.. if the volume of your hihat is off ,if the bassline dont drive well .. you can go back to mixing ,the speakers show fondamental things that may not jump at us on montiors cause of lot of details,with all these details it s easier to loose focus and fix what should be fixed , that where the crappy speaker like this shine, getting stuff sounding good on these is must for me, then on headphone and monitors |

the mbp sound crap but you can tell when a mix is off and when one is better in the mids, i find also they have usefull "timing/frequency" relation.
but i m sure most laptop speakers are usefull in the same way, these are good reference many listen music on crappy speaker like that |
